Cosmos And Polkadot Now Available On Luno Exchange

Luno has just announced that it is launching two more digital assets on its licensed exchange.
It is the first licensed digital asset exchange operator in Malaysia to officially offer Cosmos (ATOM) and Polkadot (DOT).
“We are thrilled to be the first regulated DAX to introduce ATOM and DOT to Malaysia. By widening our coin offering, we enable Malaysians to explore and diversify their portfolio in a safe and secure environment,” Luno’s country manager for Malaysia, Scarlett Chai, said.
What is Cosmos ATOM coin?
Cosmos is the blockchain project which created ATOM as the digital token.
Luno’s statement highlighted that Cosmos (ATOM) aims to provide a scalable, secure, and interconnected ecosystem for decentralised applications (dApps) and services.
Within the blockchain industry, Cosmos is know for its scalability and customisable platform which provides greater interoperability.
What is Polkadot DOT coin?
Polkadot (DOT) represents a significant advancement in the blockchain space by operating on a unique multi-chain architecture.
It is essentially a blockchain developed to support other blockchains. The platform empowers developers to create customised blockchains, known as parachains, tailored to their specific needs.

New digital assets on Luno undergo stringent screening
According to Luno, any new coins that are offered on its digital asset exchange that is regulated by Securities Commission undergoes a comprehensive evaluation process.
