Premier Data and AI company, Databricks, brings the Data + AI World Tour to Malaysia, marking our first-ever event of its kind in the country. The Data + AI World tour is a global event.  Currently, it has stops in more than 30 cities across 5 continents this year. 

The Malaysian leg of the tour was held in Kuala Lumpur, and gathered hundreds of data and AI experts and visionaries to connect and share best practices. This tour is aimed at creating awareness about large language models (LLMs), the lakehouse paradigm and Databricks’ latest product Innovations.

The theme of this year’s tour is Generation AI. It highlights  the inflection point reached with the rise in the popularity of LLMs. This will be a catalyst for how every company reimagines its data, product, and corporate strategies.

Malaysian attendees had the opportunity to hear from top experts about actionable best practices and compelling insights. Pioneering companies like PETRONAS, Ikano Retail, UEM Edgenta and Aerodyne Group participated to share their highlights as well.
