EPF Dividend For 2022 (And List Of Past Years Dividend Rates)
In a statement released on 4 March 2023, the Employees Provident Funds (EPF) has announced a dividend rate of 5.35% for conventional savings and 4.75% for shariah savings for 2022.
This amounts to a dividend payout of RM50.5 billion for conventional savings, and RM6.3 billion for shariah savings.
The dividend payout for 2022 is the lowest since 2020, where the conventional savings dividend was recorded at 5.20%. However, the dividends paid out for 2022 is still higher than the inflation rate of 3.3% in 2022.

Meanwhile shariah savings also recorded the highest dividend rates announced since 2018, where the dividend rate for that year was 5.9%. In 2019, the dividend rates for Shariah Savings was 5%, and 4.9% for 2020.
