Hata Adds Worldcoin, Polkadot And Cosmos To Its Crypto Exchange
Hata, one of Malaysia’s newest licensed digital asset exchanges in Malaysia has recently expanded its range of offerings with the addition of three new digital assets. These include Worldcoin (WLD), Cosmos (ATOM) and Polkadot (DOT).
This is a significant milestone as Hata is the first regulated Malaysian DAX to add Worldcoin onto its platform.
The new assets
Worldcoin is touted as a digital identification platform that provides individuals with a secure and convenient way to verify their human identity. This sets it apart from systems that are managed by bots and AI algorithms. It is developed by Tools for Humanity, which is well-known for being co-founded by ChatGPT creator, Sam Altman.
Cosmos enables developers to easily build and deploy new blockchain applications. Its cryptocurrency, ATOM, is used for transaction processing and network security.
Finally, Polkadot is a protocol that links different blockchains. This allows for the transfer of value and data between networks that were previously incompatible, like Bitcoin and Ethereum. The DOT is well known for its speed and scalability.
The largest offering of cryptocurrencies on one platform
According to Hata CEO, David Low, the approval and addition of these new digital assets to Hata’s lineup will allow Malaysians to explore and diversify their digital asset portfolios in a regulated environment.
With the new additions, Hata will now have a list of 14 cryptocurrencies on its Malaysian platform. This technically makes Hata the exchange with the largest number of cryptocurrencies available for trading and investing in Malaysia.
