Lazada Has Updated Their Return And Refund Policy
Lazada, one of the most popular shopping platforms in Malaysia and South East Asia has updated their returns and refunds policy. They now accept a variety of reasons, including ‘change of mind’ returns.
‘Change of mind’ returns, as the name suggests are returns where the customers changed their mind on the purchase, and no longer wants the item.
According to a Bernama report, Lazada stated that customers can now enjoy a variety of benefits, including a 30-day simple return policy for all purchases in LazMall and Choice, and a change of mind return policy for selected purchases.
Lazada also stated that their customers will enjoy faster refunds from the refund process, as soon as their orders are returned to Lazada’s logistics partners.
Lazada’s return policies
According to their website, Lazada’s return policies includes;
- 7 days return to seller/easy return
The normal return policy where you message the seller requesting a return.
- LazMall 30 Days* Return / Choice 30 Days Return (includes change of mind returns)
Only for purchases from LazMall and Choice, a no questions asked 30 days return policy (with terms and conditions). Includes change of mind returns.
- Non-returnable items
Applies to non-returnable items such as perishables.
