Zurich Malaysia Launches Takaful ProSecure, Monthly Contribution From RM56

Zurich Takaful Malaysia Berhad (Zurich) has announced the launch of Takaful ProSecure. This new takaful plan was developed as a means to help Malaysians achieve financial resilience and freedom.
The plan aims to ease consumer burdens, especially during tough times and is designed to provide continuous financial assistance amidst the unpredictability of life. Often, unintended financial consequences that can leave loved ones vulnerable.
Over 48 percent of Malaysians have mortgages
According to the 2022 CTOS credit report, a significant percentage of Malaysians are exposed to loans and mortgages. Out of the 1.4 million CTOS consumers in Malaysia, 29.2 percent have personal loans, 54.8 percent hold car loans, and 48.4 percent carry mortgages.

As part of the Takaful ProSecure launch, Zurich unveiled the ‘We Can Duit Bersama Zurich Takaful’ event recently. The event took place from 17-19 November 2023 at MyTOWN Shopping Gallery. Visitors had a chance to get complementary consultations and information from product booths led by professional takaful wealth planners.
The event was officiated through a panel discussion with Nur Fatihah Mustafa and Nazrul Namizan Ahmad, Chief Agency Officer of Zurich Takaful.
Takaful ProSecure offers a number of huge benefits that offer high protection with an affordable contribution from as low as RM56 a month. Some of these benefits include:
- High coverage starting from a Basic Sum Covered of RM300,000.
- Terminal Illness or Terminal Cancer (TITC) benefit.
- Vital Care Benefit, a unique feature that waives contributions for individuals admitted to Intensive Care Units (ICU).
